Warren Bennis is University Professor and Distinguished Professor of Business at the University of Southern California, where he was the founding chair of The Leadership Institute. In yesterday’s (December 22, 2008) On Leadership section of the Washington post he tells a short story about the first session of the undergraduate leadership class that he teaches wherein he shows students a single PowerPoint slide presenting 50 leaders and asks “What is the one distinguishing quality all these leaders have in common?” Read the column and find out why he thinks Santa may just be the most powerful leader in the world. At, least tonight! (Santa Leadership Essentials)
Check out what some other leadership gurus think about how Santa stacks up as a leader.
Happy Holidays to all of our great Weekly Leader readers!
