Five Classic Harvard Business Review Leadership Articles sponsored by Microsoft

Update March 6, 2009 – Weekly Leader reader Dan Taylor advised us that there are 5 additional Microsoft sponsored classic HBR leadership articles available for download including John P. Kotter’s What Leaders Do.  It’s not clear how long these resources will be available, so make sure you download them now. They should be in every leader’s library.

Not sure when this great offer or how long it will last, but Microsoft is sponsoring five classic leadership articles that should be in every manager’s library.

The articles are:

  • What Makes A Leader? by Daniel Goleman
  • Managers and Leaders: Are They Different? by Abraham Zaleznik
  • Why Should Anyone Be Led By You? by Robert Goffee and Gareth Jones
  • What Great Managers Do by Marcus Buckingham
  • Level 5 Leadership by Jim Collins

Please visit the HBR website and download PDF’s of these great articles while they are still available.

Thank you Microsoft!
