Yes, &quot;trying today is better than trying tomorrow.&quot; 
 
The requirement for discipline, consistency and commitment becomes especially clear in a professional, business context. 
 
Let&#039;s say you decide to write 60 blog posts a month for your blog. That is 3 posts a workday. (I have given you weekends off :-) ).  Now, take 3 days off at the end of the month and you need to write 12 posts tomorrow in order to hit your goal. 
 
When you are not consistent you are usually behind your schedule all the time which creates a negative feedback loop.
